Power outage planned for Marengo area Friday afternoon

A lengthy afternoon power outage is hitting Marengo and surrounding areas all the way south to Empress on Friday.

A planned outage is scheduled for February 2 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. According to SaskPower, it will affect customers in Mantario, Eyre and surrounding rurals. The outage was announced on Wednesday just before 10:00 AM.
