Two teams from Macklin took home provincial titles over the weekend, as the U15 boys defeated Lafleche/Wood River 4-0 on the road Saturday, after winning game one at home 8-4. 

As for the U13 boys, they knocked off Rouleau at home 6-4 on Saturday, after winning game one in Rouleau by the same 6-4 score.

The Macklin Mohawks nearly made it a clean sweep in the boys category, but the U18 boys fell to Redvers 3-0 at home Saturday, after tying game one. 

Needless to say, Macklin had a very successful provincial playoffs, and the U13 boys have a chance to win league as well, as they will play Wilkie/Biggar in game two today at 4:45 pm. They won game one by a score of 13-3 on the road.

The U15 boys can also wrap up the league title on home ice tonight against the Unity Lazers at 7:30. They defeated Unity 6-2 on the road on March 17.
