There is a brand new course designed to help seniors struggling with mental health, that has been proven to help.

The Mental Health Commission of Canada's specific program for the First Aid Seniors was designed to be more advanced from the basic course of treating mental health, and was created by experts in psychiatry.

Mental health is something that is becoming a serious issue in the world we live in, and should be just as strong to cure it as people continue to go up in age.

The program helps anyone developing a mental health problem or experiences a mental health crisis. Support will be given until the appropriate amount of support is given, or until their health becomes fixed. There are courses that help educate what is being taught starting in November, and will be shown in Saskatoon November 6th.

In Canada, there are over 1.8 million Canadians that are over the age of 60 have a mental illness problem, or some type of illness. It's important to maintain health for seniors so that they can remain strong and active as they age.
