With the snowfall and cold weather moving in, there are some dangers involved. Frostbite and hyperthermia are nothing to ignore.

These can occur from not wearing enough layers and being in the outdoors too long. If frostbite or hyperthermia occur, its best to be covered up with warmth, do not rub the skin and be as gentle as possible. Also, seeing a doctor immediatly is recomended. Symptoms of these may include numbness, swelling, intense shivers, pale skin or a burnt like color in the case of frostbite.

It's a good idea to carry blankets and extra coats and mitts in your vehicle while travelling.
