The Kindersley Jr. A Klippers played their first game of the SJHL Showcase Tuesday afternoon in Warman. The team got off to a quick start, with Easton Inglis scoring his second of the season just 51 seconds in to give Kindersley an early 1-0 lead. The lone assist went to sophomore Brock Evans. 

Melville then came back just over five minutes later, as Flynn Maxcy scoring his seventh of the year for the moneymen to even the score at one. Melville then got a late in goal in the period, with Kole Keen getting his fourth of the year to give the Millionaires a 2-1 lead heading into the dressing room after one.

There was no scoring in the second period, but the third saw a pair of goals by Klippers captain Logan Linklater. The first was at 2:43 of the period, with the assists going to linemates Tylin Hilbig and Keenan Ingram. Then at the 5:55 mark Kindersley regained the lead with Linklater's second of the period and sixth of the season. The goal was unassisted. Kindersley then dug in and held on for a one goal victory thanks to solid goaltending once again from Cody Jaman, who made 26 saves in the win. 

The Klippers will look to keep the win streak alive tomorrow, as they play the La Ronge Ice Wolves at 7:30 pm once again in Warman.
