The following is a list of calls the Kindersley, Eston, and Kerrobert RCMP have responded to for service in Kerrobert, RM of Progress, Kindersley, RM of Kindersley, Flaxcombe, RM of Snipe Lake, Town of Eston and Eatonia in the last week.

2016-10-22

- Collision with deer near Eatonia, no injuries
- Female from Kerrobert charged with Fail to comply with a probation order
- False alarm call at Luseland (Police Chief from Luseland was away)
- Male found sleeping in a car in Kerrobert. Charged with fail to comply with a condition of undertaking
- 2 Speeding tickets issued on #7 Highway near Kindersley
- Break & Enter at a rural location near Major
- Complaint of 3 people running on the streets in Kindersley with clown masks on and approaching vehicles. 3 youth were located and dealt with.
- Complaint of vehicle driving around Luseland shining a spot light into oncoming vehicles

2016-10-23

- Complaint of assault in Kindersley. Investigation revealed the complainant just wanted it reported and no charges.
- Driving at a speed greater than reasonable and safe ticket issued in Kindersley
- Liquor complaint call in Kindersley. Upon arrival, suspects had left the scene.
- Ticket issued in Kindersley for Disobey Stop Sign
- False alarm call in Kerrobert
- 911 Static Line in the Plenty area
- Complaint of a semi truck cutting off a vehicle in the Kindersley area.
- Complaint of a suspicious person in the Kindersley. Person took off when complainant came out of their house.

2016-10-24

7:29 a.m.- Call of a theft in progress. Officers arrived on scene and suspects were gone on arrival but are potentially identified. File remains under investigation.

8:52 a.m.- Call of theft of property over $5000 from a business.

10:12 a.m.- Call of a suspicious vehicle travelling around town. Vehicle description was provided but no plate information. Vehicle was not located.

10:31 a.m.- Assist general public with a well-being check.

12:32 p.m.- Call of youth possibly playing with fire in their back yard. Officers attended and found them making a science experiment in their back yard. A volcano was made and fun was had. No fire was created.

1:00 p.m.- Assist general public with a well-being check.

1:01 p.m.- Break and enter into a private building.

1:30 p.m.- Call of a fraud to a personal credit card where unknown transactions were made. File remains under investigation.

10:33 p.m.- Call of a vehicle doing burnouts on a residential street. Vehicle was possibly identified. File remains under investigation.

10:53 p.m.- Assist general public with a well-being check.

2016-10-25

9:33 a.m.- A driver is facing a fine of $280.00 for being charged for using electronic communications equipment while driving under the Traffic Safety Act.

10:04 a.m.- Report of a suspicious vehicle. Vehicle was located and checked out.

10:09 a.m.- Call of cattle on the highway. They were told to moooove it.

11:32 a.m.- Driver’s License located on the ground. Unable to locate owner. If this could be your Sask driver’s license, please contact us!

1:45 p.m.- Driving complaint. Vehicle driving erratically and running stop signs in Kindersley. Vehicle was located parked at a business and found to be unregistered. Witness was unwilling to provide statement. Owner was told to register vehicle before moving it again.

6:21 p.m.- Complaint of mischief. Found to be a civil matter.

7:48 p.m.- Driving complaint of a vehicle chasing a rabbit, trying to run it over. Plate and description of the vehicle was obtained. Witness will be attending the detachment to provide a statement.

8:03 p.m.- 911 call of two suspicious people walking on the highway. Officers located the two individuals, who both checked out. They were spoken to about travelling on the opposite side of the highway and were picked up by a friend.

10:03 p.m.- Assist out of province agency with investigation request.

11:14 p.m.- Complaint of intoxicated youth causing a disturbance.

2016-10-26

8:08 a.m.- 911 hang up from a business. On call back they advised they need to dial 9 to call out and someone must have pressed too many 1’s.

10:16 a.m.- Report of a hit and run to a vehicle. Statement taken, file remains under investigation.

1:23 p.m.- Complaint of a call from a scam. Caller was being very aggressive and rude. File created for information and documentation purposes.

4:31 p.m.- Driving complaint of a driver going through a ditch onto a connecting road. Vehicle was located and driver spoken to.

4:45 p.m.- Call of possible drug activity received. File created for follow up.

7:18 p.m.- Call of a truck broken into and items stolen. File under investigation.

7:20 p.m.- 911 call of an assault. RCMP attended and no charges were laid.

8:32 p.m.- Call of a possible break and enter into a building and vehicle. File under investigation.

8:45 p.m.- Break and enter alarm. Home owner called and advised everything was okay.

10:44 p.m.- Call of a weird flashing light in the sky in a rural area. RCMP attended and located the cell tower the light was attached to.

11:14 p.m.- Call of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle. Vehicle was doing many burnouts. File remains under investigation.

2016-10-27

2:21 a.m.- Alarm monitoring company called to report a break and enter alarm going off at a business. All was clear.

2:29 a.m.- Another call from an Alarm monitoring company called to report a break and enter alarm going off at a different business. All was clear.

8:56 a.m.- Child custody matter.

9:01 a.m.- Call of Family dispute. RCMP attended, no charges laid and assisted in solving the matter.

12:27 p.m.- Call of the wrong plate on a vehicle. RCMP confirmed someone had stolen the correct plate and replaced it with the wrong one.

1:59 p.m.- Hit and run to a vehicle.

5:21 p.m.- 911 call. On call back RCMP was advised it was a small child that got a hold of the phone.

5:39 p.m.- Noise complaint. Anonymous caller advised there were dogs barking non-stop.

7:30 p.m.- Firearms turned into the RCMP for destruction.

7:52 p.m.- Call of a collision, vehicle vs moose. Vehicle was drive able and no injuries to the driver. Moose may have been injures, Ministry of Environment was notified and will look for the moose.

2016-10-28

5:05 a.m.- Assist other police service with locating suspect possibly involved in an armed robbery. Suspect was not located. File remains open and under investigation.
