As the Curling Trials continue in Saskatoon into this weekend, the Town of Biggar got a special shoutout from TSN Curling's Vic Router earlier this week.

Rauter, who has been the voice of curling in Canada for many years, mentioned the Biggar Revitalization Project, and to donate and help the Town with the project.

The latest update from the Town of Biggar from November 16, shows over $1.6 million being raised, which is 64 percent of their goal of $2.5 million for the Revitalization Project.

The Town is also getting ready to host its annual “Light Up the Night,” which begins with downtown shopping, hay rides and more beginning at 5:00 pm. Then at 7:00 pm the Sandra Schmirler walking path, the light up or "Festival of Lights" begins.
