The Rosetown RCMP Media Release for February 12 to February 18, 2021, included 10 calls to service, and two traffic related charges being issued.

During the late hours on February 12th, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a break and enter in to an apartment in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. Members received another call the next night reporting harassment, that had insufficient evidence to proceed.

During the night of February 15th, members received report of a traffic complaint on the highway near Elrose. No action was required after police spoke with the subject of complaint.

Rosetown police received four calls to service on February 16th. A report of harassing communications was made with insufficient evidence at around 11 am, and members also had insufficient evidence to follow a report of fraud that was reported shortly after.

Shortly after 5 pm on the 16th, Rosetown RCMP were notified of a sudden death in Herschel, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature. Finally on the 16th, Rosetown RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle near town, and members were unable to locate the vehicle.

A report of fraud was made on the morning of the 17th, that is still under investigation. Later that afternoon officers would deal with a traffic complaint on Highway 15, though they were unable to locate the vehicle. At that same time, members were asked to perform a well-being check. Members attended the scene, and no further action was required.

There were 2 traffic related charges issued.
