The Kindersley Curling Club is just one local community rink that makes curling accessible to youth, and a special tournament is on the schedule for January that will hopefully bring in some of the most avid young curlers the region has to offer.
Organizer Lexie Adamson shared over email that interest has been great so far, with a handful of teams already registered. More programs should be getting their season underway in the coming weeks if they haven't already.
Teams must enter by December 29 for the tournament coming up on Saturday, January 13, 2024.

"We wanted to host this fun-spiel to give an opportunity to the junior/youth curlers in the area (both competitively and recreational) a chance to play in a bonspiel atmosphere." stated Adamson who is looking forward to a fun day in a great facility.
