Another year of the CanAm Bowl has come and gone, and the 26th edition of the Canada vs USA six-aside football matchup once again went to the stars and stripes by a score of 65-44.

Playing the game south of the border in Meeteetse, Wyoming, WestCentralOnline followed along as four local players cracked the CanAm roster. Rosetown's Mathew Morris and Jacob Fehr joined Plenty's Liam McGrath, and Kerrobert's Kyran Amola.

Find the full breakdown of the game here, as Team Canada got off to a fast start with the first points of the game, and took a 20-14 lead in what was a back-and-forth first quarter. Team Canada would grow their lead to 36-26 in the second quarter, giving some points up before halftime for a 36-34 lead.

After forcing a turnover on downs, Canada would score again to up their lead to 44-34. That's when Team USA responded to make it 44-42, forcing their own turnover on downs, before scoring again to go up 50-44 at the end of the third quarter. Team Canada was held scoreless in the final quarter of play, Team USA icing things with just over two minutes to go.

The result moved Team USA's all-time record in the game to 21-5. USA has won 12 of the last 13 meetings, Canada's last win coming back in 2019 by a score of 40-28 at home in Wakaw, Saskatchewan.
