2018 has been a good year for music, possibly even better than 2017!

Looking back on this year in country music, there were definitely some good tracks that hit the airwaves. Some of those songs were so good that they might even win some hardware with awards season just around the corner.

The list of nominations are in for the 2019 Grammy Awards set to air on February 10, 2019 from Los Angeles, U.S.A. At last year's show, Chris Stapleton dominated by taking home 3 of the 4 country music awards. He's up for a couple again, but Kacey Musgraves and Maren Morris lead the pack with 4 and 3 noms respectively.

Four categories represent the Country Music field for this year's (or I guess next year's?) awards:

• "Break Up In The End" - Cole Swindell

• "Dear Hate" - Maren Morris Featuring Vince Gill

• "I Lived It" - Blake Shelton

• "Space Cowboy" - Kacey Musgraves

• "Tequila" - Dan + Shay

• "When Someone Stops Loving You" - Little Big Town

• "Butterflies" - Kacey Musgraves

• "Millionaire" - Chris Stapleton

• "Parallel Line" - Keith Urban

Best Country Duo/Group Performance

• "Shoot Me Straight" - Brothers Osborne

• "Tequila" - Dan + Shay

• "When Someone Stops Loving You" - Little Big Town

• "Dear Hate" - Maren Morris Featuring Vince Gill

• "Meant To Be" - Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line

So who do you think will be taking home a Grammy award in 2019? If you were a part of the judging panel, who would you choose to win these awards?

It's a pretty talent-packed list this year so it will be interesting to see whose names get called in February.
