It was a perfect weekend for the annual Kindersley Antique Threshing Club's horse pull to return to the Goose Festival in Kindersley. The Pull was moved from it's regular location by the old Peavey Mart on Railway Ave, to just south of the curling rink and ball diamonds this time around. Last year was canceled to COVID, and this year featured seven competitors who were trying to pull the highest amount of weight by two horses for bragging rights and a little bit of extra cash.

Roy Cust out of Spruce Grove, Alb, Brian Fankhenel from Mirror, Alb, and Barry Reinhert from Tofield, Alb, all tied with their horses pulling 4500 lbs., plus the 2000 pound boat.
