Kindersley residents may have noticed their water being a little off the past day or so.

The Town of Kindersley confirmed any suspicions on Thursday with the announcement that they found a water main break in the Town's raw line coming from the primary water source.

"It's a 10 inch line and may take some time to repair, hopefully we will have it ready (September 8), but timelines can change." stated the Town on social media.

They want to assure the public there is nothing wrong with the water. With the current situation the Town has been pulling water from their secondary source at the CN Reservoir.

Even though the water may taste or smell a little different, it undergoes the exact same treatment as water from their primary source of the river.
