The Kerrobert Tigers worked their way to a 3-1-win last night at the Dodsland Sports Centre.

The visitors got on the board early, scoring before the packed crowd at the Tin Garden could even get their seats warm.

Kerrobert held that lead until the second period, when veteran Logan Wack went to work, scoring on a nice deflection to make it 2-0. Then a laser from Wack from the left-wing side made the score 3-0.

The Stars came back before the end of the second period to make it 3-1 on a knucklepuck from the point.

But the Tigers, who outworked the Stars throughout the game, held on for the two-goal victory to force a game four back at the Smartie Box in Kerrobert.

That game will be held Friday, March 15 at 8pm. The possible game five would be held back at the Tin Garden in Dodsland Saturday, March 16 at 8pm.

WestCentralOnline talked to hero of the game Logan Wack, and you can listen to the full conversation below.
