The second round of playoffs got underway this past weekend in the Sask Valley Hockey League, as three games took place, with three more to go on the current schedule.
According to the SVHL website, at the end of each series, the winning club submits their choices for the top performers of the series. Round one saw Kyle's Jesse Shynkaruk as the 1st Star, the 2nd Star go to Brennan Bosovich, and the 3rd Star to Kade Kehoe. Honourable Mentions went to Chase Norrish and Adam Evanoff. Then the Kenaston Blizzards saw their 1st Star named in Conner Gay, the 2nd Star in Parker Thomas, and Mike Prpich as the 3rd Star with an honourable mention going out to Brant Wiebe.
