It's coming down to the wire for the drivers at Flatlanders Speedway in 2023. The unofficial points for September 1 were released by the racetrack ahead of the their invitational event coming up on September 23 and 24.

Joseph Chiliak is first in Hobby Stock with 213 points, and it's a tight field behind him as Cody Becker enters the final race with 199 points, Bobby Fries at 198, and Serge Perrault a little more distant at 181.

The Street Stock division is just as tight with Laurie Robbie leading the way at 231 total points, and Jason Hankewich only ten points behind him at 221. Rob Gale Jr. sits in third with 176 points, and with only two races in Nathan Peters is the one in the fourth spot with 64 points.

Truck Stock is a little more open as Sawyer Diemert sits firmly in first at 244 points, and Mike Cey is behind him at 193. Kalyn Robbie, Ashton Tetzlaff, and Ryley Kennedy are the other three drivers sitting around 100 points entering the final raceday. 

Finally in the Legends division, Jason Hankewich is comfortably in first with 240 points. Other multi-car drivers Joseph Chiliak and Laurie Robbie are behind him at 168 and 163 points respectively, and with three race days completed Ryley Kennedy was the only other competitor over the century mark at 121 total points entering the final race.


These drivers won't be afraid to trade some paint with the end of the year here. The final event of the season is setup for some great racing.
