The Kindersley Stallions won their first NSRBL playoff game 3-1 on Saturday, against the Meadow Lake Sox. The Stallions jumped out to the early 3 run lead in the first inning, and that would be all the offense they got.

Corson Harris got the start and pitched to the fourth inning before leaving the bases loaded, leading Kyle Donaldson into a hold situation. Donaldson would escape the jam, and finish out the remaining innings to secure the win for the Stallions. The win certainly came on the backs of a strong defensive and pitching performance, but Donaldson himself had a good day at the plate, racking up a triple in the first inning.

The Stallions will travel to Lloydminister to take on the Twins in the semi-finals today, and the two winners will face off in a best of 3 series to crown the NSRBL champion.
