Team Flasch will be heading to the SaskTel Tankard final against Team Dunstone after defeating Team Hartung 5-2 in this morning's semi final game.

Team Flasch will be playing in the semi final match this morning after winning the 3 vs 4 page playoff last night against Team Jacobson 10-5. The team will play Team Hartung at 10:00 am with the winner going to face Team Dunstone at 3:00 this afternoon. 

Update: February 12, 10:30 am

Kerrobert's Team Heidt dropped their third game at the Tankard by a score 7-5 last night to Team Jacobson and is eliminated from contention. As for Dylan Flasch, his team is in a must win this morning, as they loss yesterday to Team Knapp, 8-7, and Team Dunstone 8-5. They are on the ice against Team Gedak this morning. Team Dunstone has made their way to the 1 vs 2 game going a perfect 3-0 in the triple knockout format. 

Update: February 11th, 7:00 am

Kerrobert's Team Heidt dropped an 8-6 decision to Team Deis during Thursday's final draw of the night at the Tankard, while Biggar's Colton Flasch ended up an early winner 9-1 against Team Hartung.

Flasch's team took the decisive victory to keep them in the A bracket and set up a match with last years Brier representatives in Team Dunstone this afternoon at 3:00, while Team Heidt on the other hand is awaiting their opponent for their next match penciled into the final draw tonight.

Friday's games should provide some great action, as the board solidifies into the weekend at the Sasktel Tankard from Whitewood.

Update: February 10th, 2:00 pm

Each of Josh Heidt out of Kerrobert and Biggar born skip Colton Flasch led their teams onto their respective sheets this morning at the SaskTel Tankard. It was the second match of the Tankard for Team Heidt as they dropped a 9-3 decision to Team Hartung this morning, and Team Flasch was able to leave their opener as winner after beating Team Bernath 9-6 with three scores in the final end.

The 3:00 draw pits Team Bernath vs Team Carss in the only game, and then both locals are in action again for the 7:30 draw when Team Flasch plays Team Hartung, and Team Heidt goes up against Team Deis.

Expect an updated look at the action tomorrow after today's final two draws solidify tomorrow's schedule set to begin at 10:00.

The SaskTel Tankard got underway last night in Whitewood.

Josh Heidt and his team from the Kerrobert Curling were up against Team Knapp from the Highland Curling Club in Regina. Team Heidt got off to a good start and scored three points in the first two ends before Team Knapp answered back with a pair in the third end. Then Heidt and his team went to work, scoring four points in the next three ends to take a 7-2 lead after six ends of play. Team Knapp got singles in seven and eight before Team Heidt got a single of their own in the ninth end, with Team Knapp conceding a 8-4 loss to Team Heidt. 

The team will be back on the ice this morning at 10:00 against Team Hartung.

As for Team Flasch, they will be on the ice at 10:00 this morning as well, playing Team Bernath.
