Planned power outage in Kindersley area Thursday afternoon

A power outage affecting 8,000 customers will hit the West Central region Thursday afternoon.

SaskPower is working to improve the power system in your area. In order to do their work safely, they need to shut the power off this afternoon for four hours to customers in the town of Kindersley, Loverna, Hoosier, Smiley, Coleville, Dodsland, Plenty, Netherhill, Flaxcombe, Marengo, Merid, Alsask, Laporte, Eatonia, Glidden, Madison and all surrounding rurals today from 12:45 PM to 4:45 PM, weather permitting.
