Delisle Chiefs

The Delisle Chiefs were in action this past weekend with a pair of games. The Chiefs and West Central Rage played each other last Friday in Kerrobert and Delisle had no trouble defeating the Rage by a 9-0 score.

The Chiefs got two goals from Tyson Tuck and Plenty's Chad Westman had a goal and an assist in the win. Dinsmore native Parker Atkinson got 2 assists as well in the victory.

The Chiefs continued to light the lamp in a big way on Sunday as the team headed to Hanley to play a neutral site against the Silver Foxes. Delisle put up 10 on the scoreboard shutting out the Silver Foxes by the 10-0 score. Austin Linnen had 4 points in the win an Chad Westman scored two.

Delisle has a 18-6-1 record which is good for second in the Bob Dybvig division.


 West Central Rage

The West Central Rage had a pair of games as well this past weekend. The Rage lost to the Chiefs 9-0 Friday in Kerrobert.

West Central then played the Saskatoon Quakers on Sunday and fell to the north division's best team by a score of 7-3. Blake Fennig, who played at the PJHL All Star Game, and was named the North division player of the game, got 2 points for the Rage in the defeat.

There were lots of representatives from the Delisle Chiefs as well at the All Star Game in Fort Qu'Appelle. Chad Westman along with Jaden Shewchuk, Luke Dyer, Mitchell Girolami, and Keegan Randell. 

The Rage have a 5-22-2 record after play this weekend.

Next action for the Rage is rematch with the Delisle Chiefs on Saturday in Kerrobert once again.
