A system forming in the northwest is set to move toward west central Saskatchewan over the next few days bringing with it rain and even snow. 

Brian Proctor, a meteorologist with environment and climate change Canada spoke with WestCentralOnline to explain. 

"...we start to see overnight Tuesday night into Wednesday, that precipitation area is going to transition into sort of a wet snow area and really just sort of come down to a certain degree as the colder air plunges hit on the backside of the low-pressure center. “
