Do you know someone who has been an advocate for mental health and addictions care?

The provincial government is looking for nominations for a one-time mental health and addictions award. Each province in Canada will be giving out the award.

"I am pleased to extend a call for nominations for this $5,000 award," Mental Health and Addictions Minister Everett Hindley said. "We are committed to supporting high-quality mental health and addictions services in Saskatchewan. An important part of that is recognizing and supporting innovation and service excellence."

Nominations are open until May 19 and nomination forms and eligibility criteria can be found at saskatchewan.ca/MHAward2022

Award winners will be announced at the Premier's meeting in July and will be recognized nationally. Saskatchewan's award will be formally presented in the fall.
