The West Central Events Center was the venue for last nights Kindersley Minor Sports Annual General Meeting.

With over 40 people in attendance, organization president Brenda Walde addressed the crowd on the current state of the program, which produced an operating surplus of $15,481 in 2008.

Town of Kindersley officials attended the meeting, including facilities manager Jason Behile, with many residents expressed concerns about the condition of the Events Center. Facility cleanliness and ice quality were among the most pressing issues expressed.

Minor Sports say they plan on working with the town to allevaite concern, specically by placing suggestion forms in the Lobby of the events center, and enouraging its members and town residents to have bigger role in facility upkeep.
