The following is a list of calls the Kindersley, Eston, and Kerrobert RCMP have responded to for service in Kerrobert, RM of Progress, Kindersley, RM of Kindersley, Flaxcombe, RM of Snipe Lake, Town of Eston and Eatonia in the last week.

October 6th, 2016 
RCMP responded to approximately 5 calls for service in RM of Mariposa, RM of Progress, RM of Kindersley, Town of Kindersley, Town of Kerrobert.

7:33 a.m.- Call of someone stuck in a ditch and needed a tow. Called back moments later to say someone pulled him out.

8:16 a.m.- Collision with a parked vehicle. No injuries.

9:00 a.m.- Single vehicle collision with a tree. No injuries.

12:19 p.m.- Driving complaint. Vehicles were located but file remains under investigation.

12:23 p.m.- Assist public with a well-being check. Everything was okay.

October 7th, 2016 6:00 a.m. – October 11th, 2016 6:00 a.m.
RCMP responded to 30 calls for service in RM of Milton, Town of Kindersley, RM of Kindersley, Flaxcombe, Town of Kerrobert, Town of Eston, RM of Chesterfield.

RCMP responded to a number of calls over the weekend which included 2 Assist Public, Fail to comply, Fraud, Disturb the peace, Harassment, 2 Theft under $5000, Uttering threats, Suspicious person, Traffic Collision and a call of an Impaired Driver who was located at their residence.

Many speeding tickets were handed out this weekend which included one driver who was charged with Section 199(2.1) under the Traffic Safety Act for operate a vehicle at a speed greater then 35km over the applicable speed limit. This driver is now facing a fine of $360.00.

One driver was pulled over in Kindersley for an impaired operation of a motor vehicle investigation. The 51 year old female is now facing charges of Drive without a license, impaired operation of a motor vehicle and impaired operation over 80mg% of a motor vehicle and will appear in Kindersley court on December 6th, 2016.

Tuesday October 11th, 2016 6:00 a.m.
RCMP responded to approximately 11 calls for service in Town of Kindersley, RM of Kindersley, Town of Kerrobert, Major.

An example of calls that officers responded to were as follows:

9:47 a.m.- Received a call of damages to a vehicle from a hit and run. File remains under investigation.

9:51 a.m.- Call of mischief to a vehicle. File remains under investigation

10:32 a.m.- Call of an erratic driver on Highway 7 East of Kindersley. Vehicle of complaint was located travelling 108 km/hr with no erratic driving witnessed. No statement was provided by witness. File concluded.

12:11 p.m.- Break and enter into vehicle where a number of items were stolen. File remains under investigation.

4:25 p.m.- Call from a local business for vandalism to property. File remains under investigation

6:18 p.m.- Received a call of a suspicious person from 3 days ago.

9:59 p.m.- Call of mischief to property. File under investigation.

Wednesday October 12th, 2016 6:00 a.m. – Thursday October 13th, 2016 6:00 a.m.
RCMP responded to approximately 14 calls for service in Netherhill, Eatonia, RM of Kindersley, RM of Grandview, Town of Kindersley, Town of Eston, Flaxcombe.

2016-10-12

7:05 a.m.- Call of a suspicious vehicle parked the wrong way on a grid road. The vehicle and owner was located, everything checks out. File concluded.

11:31 a.m.- Call of a potential fraud at a business. File remains under investigation.

12:28 p.m.- Anonymous call about an erratic driver on Highway 7. Vehicle was located but was seen driving normal. Caller declined to provide information and statement. File concluded.

1:20 p.m.- Call of a suspicious vehicle trespassing onto private property. License plate number provided did not come back to anything and vehicle was not located. File remains under investigation.

1:53 p.m.- Abandoned 911 call. Everything was fine.

2:47 p.m.- Theft of wallet. File remains under investigation.

5:29 p.m.- Abandoned 911 call. Everything was fine.

8:06 p.m.- Call of intoxicated person causing problems. Subject of Complaint was gone on arrival of RCMP. Patrols were made in an attempt to locate the person. Complainant did not wish to provide a statement.

9:31 p.m.- Call of an impaired driver. Patrols were made in the area and vehicle was not located.

2016-10-13

12:38 a.m.- Report of suspicious vehicle following complainant. Both complainant and suspicious vehicle were located and spoken to about mischief throwing eggs.

2:15 a.m.- 911 static line. Everything was fine.

4:33 a.m.- Call of erratic driver on Highway 7. Vehicle was not located.
