The town of Kindersley spent three full days celebrating different cultures within the town with unique foods, different artwork and dancing. Culture Days are an annual event in Kindersley that give people a chance to experience a different lifestyle in culture and history within their own communities.

On Friday, the Culture Days started off at the Garden Gallery with an artistic expression workshop. Terri Copeland, Garden Gallery employee member and organizer, talked about what she would be teaching the walk-in members.

"It's just a walk-in type project. Teaching the painters how to do a 'dirty pour' and then we showed them how to mix the paint in a certain way. It really is quite an abstract."

On Saturday, the Kindersley Elks Hall held a day of Square Dancing with unique dancing moves. This ran from 2:30pm - 4:30pm and saw a great turnout of dancers with all different types of skills. Some dancers were experts in the dancing field, while others wanted to learn the ways of square dancing.

Sunday featured another day at the Kindersley Elks Hall with the Kindersley Kitchen sampling food items. Volunteers in the town created unique dishes that were meant to be tasted and this event turnout out a large crowd at the Hall.

Each event roughly received 100-150 people show up to take part in the Culture Days of 2017.
