There are four new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan Wednesday, according to the province’s daily release Tuesday, bringing the provincial total to 757 over the course of the pandemic.

Two of the cases are in the far north, one is in the south and one is in the north. Five people are in hospital now. Three of the new cases are in Saskatchewan and one of the new cases was a person who was tested out of province.

There has been one more recovery.

This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases up to 757 in the province, with 101 of the cases currently active.

There have been a total of 642 recoveries and 13 deaths so far in the pandemic.

There are five people in hospital with COVID-19, with one person in intensive care in the South region. 

The rest are receiving inpatient care, with two in the south and two in Saskatoon.

Of the 101 currently active cases, 55 are in the far north, two are in the north, nine are in Saskatoon, and 35 are in the south region. There are still no active cases in the central region or the Regina region.
