As the calendar has officially flipped to 2024, minor hockey is set to resume play. Starting off with U13, the Kindersley Klippers knocked off the Leader Flyers 12-2 back on December 23. The Klippers lead the south division with a 9-1 record, while Eston Blue in on their heels at 9-2.

And wrapping things up with U18, three games took place at the end of December to put a bow on 2023. First up, the KDL Rage defeated the Macklin Mohawks 6-2 on December 19 on the road. The Rage kept to their winning ways, knocking off Biggar/Wilkie 3-1 in Wilkie. And on December 22, Eston beat Outlook 5-4 in Elrose, with the Watson family officiating the game.
