The Department of Agriculture released it's final crop report of the year.

Farm News Directory Rod Parker asked Terry Bedard from the Department of Agriculture in Regina how the crop reporters would summarize this year's crop around Luseland.  Bedard said two bad hail storms in July and August did damage to both the grades and the yields.

Other than that, Bedard said Luseland farmers had a good year.  Saskatchewan received a record amount of hail this year as it hailed somewhere in the province everyday during the month of July.
