North Battleford residents may be the next ones to apply for Saskatchewan's Disaster Relief Program.

The recovery continues in North Battleford, after the city was hit with flash flooding earlier this week.

It also continues in communities like Maple Creek, Saskatoon and Yorkton, who all got hit with floods over the last month.

And it's not just flooding affecting the province. Tornadoes and forest fires have also caused damage and forced evacuations.

Already, nearly three million dollars in provincial disaster assistance has been doled out to victims, and more will be coming for a province with not a lot of money to go around.
