Boys volleyball has reached the provincial championships with West Central teams being well represented. Starting with the 2A provincials as Wilkie will be hosting the tournament with McLurg making it to the championship as the host team.

Wilkie will kick off their weekend tomorrow at 1 pm as they will play Meath Park. Redvers is next on the schedule for McLurg at 4pm and they will wrap up their Friday with a date against Island Lake at 6 pm. The boys will play one more game in the round robin at 10 am on Saturday against Osler VCA.

And in 3A provincials there will be 2 teams from the region heading to Tisdale this weekend. Rosetown has made the tournament after beating Maidstone in the third place playoff at the regional tournament in Dalmeny last weekend. Rosetown will start their provincial weekend on Friday at 2 pm against Birch Hills and play right after at 4 pm against Dalmeny. They will be playing 2 more games in pool play on Saturday starting at 9 am against Carnduff and will finish against Shaunavon at 11 am.

And the other team in 3A provincial volleyball will be the Unity Warriors boys team as they will be in Tisdale as well. Unity will start against Saskatoon Christian at noon tomorrow and will follow that up with a game against Wadena at 3 pm. The boys will then finish their busy Friday at 6 pm as they will take on Kipling. They will finish off their pool play against host Tisdale at 11 am Saturday morning.
