A strong performance from starter Brandon Morrow, a homer from Fred Lewis, and an eighth-inning go-ahead home run from Jose Bautista helped the Jays to a 3-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles last night.

The Blue Jays had 11 hits in the match-up. Fred Lewis started the game with a homer on the first pitch of the game. Bautista drove in the other runs with a homer with Escobar on base in the 8th. All of the Jays in the starting lineup had at least one hit except for Lyle Overbay.

Kevin Gregg had some trouble at the plate last night. He came in to close the game in the 9th with a one run lead. He got a strikeout, gave up two walks, got a fly out, walked another before Toronto manager Cito Gaston took him out and brought in Shawn Camp.
