A fun filled night is ahead in the west-central region, as senior hockey has really began to heaten up.

The action includes the much anticipated start between the Dodsland Stars and Kerrobert Tigers in the CRHL final series.

The Stars hold home ice advantage and game one is set for the Dodsland Sports Center at 8:30 pm this evening.

As for other action, the Kindersley Sr. Klippers and Kenaston Blizzards will be playing a winner take all game three tonight at the WCEC in Kindersley. The Blizzards are coming off a dramatic come-from-behind 5-4 overtime win and the Klippers will need to regroup in a hurry to take the series on their home ice. Game time from the runway in Kindersley is 8:30 pm.

As for the SVHL league playoffs, Dinsmore has tied their series with Kyle at two games apiece after a 6-2 win last night in enemy territory. The winner take all game five goes tonight as well, this time in Dinsmore. Puck drop is 8:00 pm. The winner of the series will play Kenaston in the SVHL final.
