AA Wednesdays are a good time to check in on each of the U13, U15, and U18 Western Prairie Thunder, and West Central Wheat Kings teams.

Both the U13 and U15 Western Prairie Thunder opened their season with wins against Regina and Saskatoon teams respectively. The U18's have a 1-1 record after losing their season opener against Swift Current 4-3, and then rebounding for a 3-0 win over the Warman Wildcats.

Switching over to the boys, the U13 West Central Wheat Kings are only one game into their season losing 7-1 to the Warman Wildcats. The U15 team is 1-4 on the year, but could have some momentum after winning their most recent game against the Northeast Wolf pack 6-5.

Finally, the U18s have a 1-2 mark on the year, splitting their last two games with Warman after a season opening loss to Saskatoon.
