With the federal election two weeks away, Alberta residents working in the Kindersley area, will have an opportunity to cast their vote in Saskatchewan.

Organized in conjunction with Elections Canada, Alberta residents will be able to place their vote on Thursday, October 10, at the Elections Canada Office located in the Kindersley Mall.

Those who will be attending will be required to have proper identification and their voter card in order to cast their vote. Reportedly, voters are able to have a picture of their voter card on their phone as an alternative to the physical card.

The voting office will be open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and unless returning to Alberta to vote, this will be the only selected time Alberta residents will be able to place their vote in Kindersley as they are not permitted to vote in Kindersley at the advanced polls or on election day.

More information regarding voter registrations and locations can be found at Elections Canada.
