Last week a convoy rolled through Swift Current on its way to Ottawa. Today they plan on reaching their destination.

The United We Roll movement started in opposition to the Carbon Tax, and other government initiatives they feel are against the energy sector.

Rolling through Swift Current on Valentines Day, the convoy picked up some love as supporters lined the Trans-Canada Highway cheering on the vehicles.

According to an organizer of the movement, Glen Carritt, a Saskatchewan contingent was picked up for an undisclosed amount of time on their journey to Ottawa as they entered the area around Swift Current.

The end goal for the convoy is said to be a protest in the nation's capital.

The protest is planned to take place at Parliament Hill this morning, with vehicled said to line the streets surrounding the government building.

According to the United We Roll Twitter account, they are currently on the hill.
