The orange pedestrian bridge in Outlook has seen it's access restricted recently. There are two reasons for the restricted access, one being the land leading up to the bridge off of Highway 15 has been purchased by a local resident. The perhaps more concerning reason has been some people using the access to get to the bridge to party, play loud music, start bonfires, spray graffiti and mass littering. It appears that, for the time being anyways, a few bad apples have spoiled the access for all local residents. On top of all those reports, word had got to town council about young people jumping off the bridge into the river.

Currently, there's no word on what or when possible solutions may come to fruition, but the mayor Bob Stephenson knows that a permanent remedy must be reached. "We are not quite sure how to proceed from here, but will discuss what alternatives we have."

The west entrance was the only one that allowed vehicles to park in front of the bridge, as the east side remains blocked off with soil.
