Crews have started work on the site that will be home to the new Central Plains Co-op Administration building on 1st Avenue East in Rosetown. The crews have started by cutting through sidewalk and excavating for plumbing connections for what will be a two-storey building on the lot across from the Shop Easy.
The absorption of smaller co-ops at Eston, Landis and the Perdue area over the past few years requires more administration work. The new building will encompass around 8,000 square feet and have about 8 offices, 5 or 6 work stations, and a board room.
Approximately 3,200 square feet on the ground floor will be available for lease.
