The Plenty Wildcats returned home on Saturday night with the reality that their football season was over, after the exciting campaign resulted in a wild success compared to last years pandemic ravaged school sporting landscape.

Plenty finished second in their division behind Clavet who is in the 2A final. The Wildcats were the only 1A team in their new look conference this year, and that assured them a home playoff game that got their playoffs started on the right track defeating Kerrobert 44-14. The win sent them into this weekend's match-up with Hafford in the semi-final, that they dropped 84-40.

The Wildcats were down 53-24 to Hafford at halftime Saturday, and could not come back against the clicking home side. Nonetheless it was still a very impressive season for the Wildcats.

North West Central School in Plenty is very proud of their team, and you can expect hear from coach Jason Kelly on the conclusion of their season soon.
