Kindersley native Logan Linklater made his way to the Regina Pats dressing room earlier this season straight out of the SJHL, and is now looking to end the year strong in his first real major junior season outside of last year's bubble. Linklater has suited up with the Kindersley Jr. Klippers during parts of the last three seasons now, but he seems to have finally found a home in the WHL this year following a trade away from the team that drafted him in Prince Albert.

His role on the team since the trade has seemingly been that of a bottom six forward, but he found himself on the receiving end of a beautiful pass from WHL superstar Connor Bedard during last nights exciting and important win over Rosetown's Vaughn Watterodt and the Saskatoon Blades. Check out Linklater's first of the season below:

Both players spoke with the media following the big win, and according to Bedard, the two had it all planned out. He mentioned Linklaters great attitude as a teammate so far this year, and knows how much he deserved to put one on the board as the team approaches the end of their season.

Links' was all smiles in reply, offering a free lunch in exchange for the sweet dish from the junior hockey star; who will likely be able to pay him back one day with big things coming in his future.
