Scientists from the University of Alberta are using the University of Saskatchewan's Canadian Light Source to develop an antiviral drug to treat COVID-19.
Professor of Bio-Chemistry at the University of Alberta, Joanne Lemieux, explains the research project and says we can expect some type of antiviral drug for the virus in the next coming year.
