519 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Saskatchewan on Monday, along with 431 recoveries and two deaths.

Of the new cases, 10 in the central-west zone, 136 are in Saskatoon, 63 in the northwest, 54 are in Regina, 53 in the north-central zone, 33 in the central-east, 26 are in the south-central, 23 in the far northwest, 21 in the far northeast, 21 in the southwest, 20 in the northeast, 19 in the southeast, and one in the far north-central zone. 39 cases are pending resident information .

Nearly one-third (32.9%) of new cases are in the age category of 20-39.

88 of 96 active cases are in sub-zone 'Central West 1,' which is made up of Kindersley and Rosetown.

4,672 cases are considered active, and 253 people are in hospital with 56 receiving intensive care.

Of the 253 individuals in hospital, 179 (74.7%) are unvaccinated.
