The Dead South have established themselves as one of the most recognizable bands in Saskatchewan with their matching outfits, and catchy bluegrass songs. Hailing from queen city, the four-piece have gained a large following from their modern take on old-time music.

The group’s entertaining live show has taken them all over the world, and the band will perform in Kindersley for the first time on Friday.
The show is the fourth presented by the Kindersley and District Arts Council this year.

Scott Pringle from the Dead South talked about what can be expected at this Friday’s concert.

The Dead South will mainly be performing songs off of their latest album Illusion & Doubt, as well as hits from their previous record Good Company.

The show is scheduled for 8:00 PM at the Norman Ritchie Community Centre.

If tickets are not sold out, they will be available at the door. Advance tickets can be bought online at www.ticketpro.ca or in-person at LaBelle Boutique, Integra Tire, and Lela's Music Centre.
