The SWHL hade a full slate of games this past weekend, with seven teams in action.

Friday saw three games on tap, with Wilkie defeating Unity 5-4 in a shootout in the closest game of the night. Other action saw Hafford knock off Kerrobert 5-0 and Edam beating Kindersley 4-1.

Saturday saw another three games on the schedule, as the rematch between Unity and Wilkie saw Wilkie come out on top again 8-3. Other action saw Macklin beat Kindersley 9-5, and the closest game of the evening was in Edam, as the 3 Stars knocked off the Hafford Hawks 1-0.

Wilkie leads the way with an 8-0 record so far this season, with Edam in second at 7-2, Macklin in third at 5-2 and Kindersley in fourth with a 4-3 mark.

There is one more game in the SWHL before Christmas, as the Kindersley Sr. Klippers will play host to the Kerrobert Tigers this Thursday at 8:00 pm.

West Central Online will have players of the week as soon as they become available after Thursday's game.
