It was a busy week for the Rosetown RCMP, including the report of a threat at the Rosetown Central High School yesterday morning. It remains under investigation, and you can find the original call in the full police report below. 

The calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP from March 24 to 30 started off with a report of sexual assault on March 24. The matter is still under investigation. 

Moving onto March 25, Rosetown RCMP assisted another police agency with a 38-year-old male from Calgary, AB who was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

Then on March 26, Members received a report of a motor vehicle collision. There were no injuries - reported for insurance purposes. Also on the 26th, there was a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Zealandia. Members were unable to locate the vehicle. And wrapping up the day was a complaint of a suspicious person on Highway 7 near Zealandia. Members located the subject of complaint and was transported to Rosetown Hospital for assessment.

Shifting focus to March 27, there was a complaint of a suspicious vehicle near Elrose. Members were unable to locate the vehicle. 

March 28 saw a report of a motor vehicle collision in Rosetown. There were no injuries.

Then on March 29 there was a report of assault. The matter is still under investigation.

The week ended with two calls to service on March 30. First up was a complaint of a motor vehicle collision. The matter is still under investigation. And then a report of uttering threats. The matter is still under investigation.

There were also 31 Traffic related charges issued, four 911 misdial calls and four false alarm calls during the week.
