The Rosetown RCMP were very busy from August 20 to August 26. Highlighting the calls to service were break and enters in Fiske and Elrose, and the theft of vehicles in Herschel and Elrose. The week started off with a request to keep the peace between two adults as they exchanged custody of their children on the afternoon of August 20.

Then in the early morning hours of August 21 Members arrested and charged a 51-year-old from Saskatoon with Fail to Comply with Undertaking and released for court. A 54-year-old male from Saskatoon was arrested for breaching a Conditional Sentence Order and remanded to Saskatoon for court. There was then a report of mischief on the same day, Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

The first break and enter occurred in Elrose in the morning hours of August 23. A garage and vehicle were broken into, and several tools and a tool box were stolen. The matter is still under investigation. Later on, the same afternoon RCMP received a report of a stolen vehicle in Elrose. The matter is still under investigation. And in the evening of the 23rd, Members received a report of a suspicious person in Rosetown. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. And another report of a stolen vehicle wrapped up a busy August 23, this time the report was from the parking lot at the rink in Herschel. The matter is still under investigation.

On the morning of August 24, RCMP received a report of a break and enter to the Bar & Grill in Fiske. The matter is still under investigation. Then in the early morning hours of August 25, Members received a report of a stolen vehicle in Elrose. The matter is still under investigation. Later on, that morning, RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Elrose. Members spoke to the vehicle owner and nothing was suspicious. In the afternoon of August 25, Rosetown RCMP assisted another Police Agency in locating a stolen vehicle.

There were 44 Traffic related charges issued, one 911 miss dial call and two false alarm calls.
