The Kinsmen Club of Rosetown has plans in place to fundraise for a brand new all-inclusive and accessible playground in Kinsmen Park in Rosetown. The total cost needed to be fundraised is approximately $150,000. The project is a first for the Town of Rosetown as well as a first for the West Central area.

The club had originally scheduled a comedy night earlier in the year to raise money towards the playground project, but due to circumstances involving Covid-19 the event had to be cancelled.

Currently the club doesn't have any scheduled events planned for fundraising but is hopeful to have something in the works in the coming weeks and months.

With the upcoming annual Telemiracle fundraiser talking place on the weekend of March 5th and 6th. The club will be hosting a luncheon at the Rosetown Civic Centre on March 2nd to raise donations for the event. Tickets can be purchased by contacting members of the Kinsmen or by calling the club directly at 306-831-7091.
