Breakfast is a key part of many peoples day, but not everyone is privy to even something as little as a morning snack.

To curb that morning routine blockade, Rosetown Central High School announced back on Monday that their breakfast program is back for another year.

"Thanks to funding from local group, Empowered Youth Era, we are able to offer breakfast to our students," the school shared on social media.

Seeing clear benefits, many schools keep fruit or other appropriate breakfast foods in the building for students in the morning.

"We strongly believe that a nutritious breakfast prepares students for learning and navigating the day ahead," their post continued.
