The NSRBL wrapped up its season yesterday, and the playoff picture is now set. The Unity Sr. Cardinals and Unity Jr. Cardinals played last night, with the younger squad winning 4-3. The two teams will square off once again in Unity, tomorrow night, with the Sr. Cardinals being the home team. In other playoff action, the Mervin Flyers will take on the Border City Clue Jays in Lloydminster tomorrow. The winners will move om to play either the Lloydminster Twins, or the Standard Hill Lakers on Saturday.
The Kindersley Stallions have been waiting for the season to end, and will host the Meadow Lake Sox on Saturday from Berard Field at 3 pm. Also on Saturday, the Battlefords Trappers take on the North Battleford Beavers, with the Trappers having homefield advantage.
The winners of the games on Saturday, will move on the play each other on Sunday, after reseeding is done each day.
