No new deaths related to COVID-19 have been reported.

There are 170 new positive cases along with 311 recoveries.

The central-west zone has three of the new cases, Regina has 35, Saskatoon has 29, the central-east zone has 18, the far northeast has 15, the northwest has 13, north-central has 11, the northeast and southeast zones have eight cases each, southwest has four, south-central has two, far northwest has one, and there are 23 new cases with pending residence information.

That brings the total of active cases in the province to 2,822.

Out of those cases, 293 are receiving treatment in hospital. 222 people are receiving inpatient care while 71 people are in the ICU, 71% of those patients are not fully vaccinated.

Today, the seven-day average of new positive case numbers sits at 259.

One patient has been transferred to Ontario for a total of nine Saskatchewan cases now receiving out-of-province care. These nine cases were not considered in today's case numbers.
