After current squadron member Corporal De Baerdemaeker finished third at the Air Cadets Effective Speaking Provincials recently, the #365 Lloyd "Sparky" Ament Air Cadet Squadron out of Kindersley has another public engagement to look forward to.
This time everyone will be involved as they host their annual awards ceremony May 25 at the Norman Ritchie Community Centre.
Organizing member of the group Carmen Rocio Carter reached out to West Central Online to share that coming out to awards night would be a good chance for potential members to see just what cadets is all about. It was also shared that Thursday will see a change in command.
Youth between the ages of 12-19 can join for free. Check out the poster below for more details as Carter encourages people to come out, have a coffee, and watch them parade.
